Shipping Policy

All items purchased online are shipped from China, and we provide the following delivery details for all orders.

Note: Please be aware that all our shoes are 100% handmade, so please be patient and mindful of the delivery.
- For styles and sizes that are in stock, we will ship within 48 hours.
- For styles and sizes that are out of stock, we will ship within 7 days.

If we have stock, all your orders will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered via DHL/UPS within 5-7 business days. We will make every effort to ensure all orders are delivered within the specified time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as high demand during sales periods). Please note that these estimates do not include any time spent in customs clearance.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our customer service with tracking information and delivery status. If you are unable to accept the delivery on time, please reply to our email and inform our customer service of how you wish to rearrange the delivery at another time. If the delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned, and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

Countries/Regions We Deliver To

Generally, we offer global express and standard shipping services to many countries. Please confirm with our team if standard shipping is an option for your location. Note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Note: India and Russia only offer limited selected shipping services, while countries such as Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka can only choose express shipping. There are no shipping services to Israel and Palestine. Please be aware that this may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as conflicts and other issues.

For other countries/regions, please choose standard or express shipping. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Important Information:
- Shipping costs do not include import taxes or processing fees that may be levied by your country/region. get-shoe is not responsible for these fees. If you refuse to pay, shipping costs will still apply.
- Packages marked as "returned to sender" due to refusal or non-payment of taxes may be destroyed by the authorities. In this case, we will not provide a refund.
- Remote areas may incur additional charges due to courier policies. If additional payment is required, we will inform you.
